I'm an Operations Partner who helps heart-led coaches scale their impact without losing the soul of their business.

Nobody prepared me for how much teaching elementary school would shape the kind of business partner I'd become.

Turns out managing schedules, holding a million details, and keeping everything running smoothly in my classroom was great OBM training.

I started as a VA and grew into full operations management

Now I work with a small number of established, heart-led coaches as their right-hand woman.

As an Enneagram 2, showing up fully for the people I work with isn't something I have to think about. It's just who I am and honestly, it's why this work feels so aligned. 🤍
