Do you ONLY work with online coaches?
Not at all! While heart-led coaches are my sweet spot, I also work with other women in business who are people-first, transformation-focused, and ready for a true partner behind the scenes. If that sounds like you, I'd love to connect.
Do you offer hourly rates or preset packages?
Neither, actually. Every client I work with gets a fully customized proposal built around what their business specifically needs — nothing more, nothing less. Because your business isn't one-size-fits-all, and your support shouldn't be either.
Can I start with VA support and transition into OBM support later?
Yes, and this is actually exactly why I still offer Executive VA Support! A lot of my clients start there and naturally grow into a higher level of partnership as their business scales. We grow together. 🤍
What if I don’t know exactly what services I need?
That's more common than you think and it's totally okay. We talk through everything on your interest call, and I also offer backend business audits that give us a really clear picture of where your business is and what kind of support would make the biggest difference. You don't have to have it all figured out before we talk.
What does the commitment look like?
I always start with a trial period so we can make sure the fit feels right on both sides. After that you have the option to move into a 6 or 12 month retainer. I want you to feel confident and comfortable — not locked into something that isn't working.
